Privacy statement

This website is run by Headmade CommV, enterprise number 0838.696.840, whose managing director is Emily Rammant. Headmade CommV is the controller responsible for processing the personal data received through this website.

If you have any questions about your privacy, use the contact form.

We process as little data as possible:

• What you enter in the contact form: your name, your phone number (if you give it), your email address and your message.
• Technical data needed to display and secure the website, such as your IP address. This is not used to track you or to build a profile of you.

• To reply to your message and schedule a first conversation. Legal basis: the steps you ask us to take towards a possible collaboration, and our legitimate interest in answering questions. Your message is sent to Emily as an email and is not stored anywhere on the website. She keeps it for as long as needed to follow up on your question. You then receive a short confirmation of receipt at the email address you gave, with fixed text and nothing of what you wrote.
• To protect the website against spam and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure website. Your IP address is used briefly to limit the number of messages and is not stored.

We never sell your data and do not share it for marketing. Only these service providers process it on our behalf, and only to provide their service.

• Cloudflare: hosts the website and protects the contact form with Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that you’re not a robot, without puzzles and without advertising cookies.
• Resend: sends the messages from the contact form to Emily, and the confirmation of receipt to you. Resend keeps a copy of sent emails for 30 days and then deletes them.

These companies are based in the United States. When they process data outside the European Economic Area, that processing is protected by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

This website does not set any cookies itself. There are no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner either.

On the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile loads to keep out spam. Turnstile is strictly necessary to secure the form and does not use cookies to track you. The Spotify and LinkedIn links also open another website only when you click them; that website’s own rules apply there.

You have the right to:

• access your data;
• have incorrect data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• object to the processing or have it restricted;
• have your data transferred, where applicable.

To do so, use the contact form. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).

The website only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and does not store any messages. No connection over the internet is completely secure, but we do what is reasonable to protect your data.

If this statement changes, we update the date at the top.
