Please cancel any appointment you can’t keep at least 48 hours in advance, so that I can help other clients and keep waiting times in my diary short.

How I work
Something doesn’t have to be wrong for you to come to coaching. Sometimes you sense that your life, your work or the direction you’re taking no longer feels quite right. You want to better understand what drives you, where you get stuck and which choices could make room again.
In each session, you choose the theme. I listen actively, ask focused questions and reflect back what I hear, see and sense. Your feelings, beliefs and patterns become clearer that way, and there is room to choose more consciously.
When you work with me, you work with an ICF-certified coach. I combine different techniques with the experience I’ve built over the past seven years: sharp where needed, attentive to what comes up beneath the surface.
The first conversation
In this conversation we take the time to get to know each other, so you get a feel for how I work. We look at the question you come with and explore the themes underneath it to arrive at a concrete goal. I share my insights and set you on your way. Sometimes this conversation is enough for you to carry on alone; otherwise you go on to start a coaching process. Coaching starts from an attitude of mutual trust that connects us.
The process
Once we are under way, each individual session lasts 1.5 hours. How long the process takes depends very much on your question, but it is usually 3 to 6 sessions. We regularly take stock along the way: what is changing, what needs attention, and what do you still need? We schedule new appointments around your question and my availability, monthly or every two months.
What coaching is not
Coaching is no substitute for therapy or medical care. If there are serious mental health problems, I refer you to a doctor, psychologist or psychiatrist. Coaching focuses mainly on self-knowledge, choices, direction and movement in your current life.
This follows the code of ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which asks coaches to take care and to refer clients on when coaching is not the right support, or not enough.
